The term “FlightPlanet” on this agreement refers to the FlightPlanet.com website.

FlightPlanet  does not request any personal information from visitors browsing the public sections of the FlightPlanet.com website. Personal identification information is only requested when using non-public services such as placing an advert, and Contacting the Owner of an airplane advert. The requested personal information may include your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number.
