Interior

The interior is original to the aircraft and while it?s probably fine for time building and certainly for flight training, we categorize this interior as needing new seat covers, cushions, carpet, and lower sidewalls. The plastics and headliner are actually all in pretty good condition so that is a major time and labor savings.

Exterior

The exterior is decent condition but in our opinion, it needs a new paint job. There is paint chipping in all the typical high-speed corners and several areas of minor surface corrosion (bumbling) that needs to be
addressed by the next owner. Our preferred small aircraft paint facility in KD Aviation, in Stewart, NY. We may call and get a paint quote by the time you inquire, so ask us first.

Avionics

? Garmin GI-275 as Primary Flight Display
? Garmin GI-275 as Horiz. Situation Ind.
? PS Engineering Audio Panel
? Garmin GNX-375 GPS / ADS-B Transponder
? Garmin GNC-255A Nav / Com
? Garmin GTR-255 Com
Please note, this aircraft is NOT equipped with an Autopilot. We highly recommend a Garmin GFC 500 or GFC 600 depending on which is certified for the Aircraft.

Remarks

Aircraft Maintenance / History
This aircraft has only flown about forty hours in the last seven years since the engines were
overhauled. The most recent Annual inspection was last complied with in March of 2024 by Gary Loose IA
2051687. The current owner had the aircraft flown from Wyoming to our headquarters, in Jamestown, NY for resale. When the plane arrived, the ferry pilot reported several squawks, which are being worked now.
All repairs for this work are being accomplished by an FAA Certified Repair Stations. The logbooks appear to
be complete since new, original and in English.
